Return Policy
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the unopened product to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. Returns subject to a $5 restocking fee.
Please note that Emergency Tools and Supplies does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
* Product that is configured to your specifications, including personalized products.
* Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker).

Shipping & Delivery
On your checkout page, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date :
Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may ship within as few as 4 hrs and some may take up to 2 days.
Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping carrier will vary based on the weight of the product and your delivery location. Emergency Tools and Supplies provides tracking information as soon as your order is shipped via e-mail. Feel free to contact us at any time if you need assistance tracking your order.
Failed delivery packages or returned to sender packages will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a credit for your merchandise only. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
